It's creamy, mellow and delicious, with a generous, fresh and medium-bodied palate and very soft bubbles. 100% chardonnay from 90-year-old vines. Base wine fermented in stainless steel. Only made in exceptional vintages. Disgorged around 2010, 6g/L dosage. Delicious to drink now, or hold.
