Shows a dark purple colour right up to the rim of the glass. The aroma is fine with great vinosity. Notes of black pepper and dark fruits. The palate is fresh and elegant but underpinned with a lengthy tannic structure giving it great length.

Packed with dark plum, açaí berry, blackberry and black currant fruit all melded into one singular reduction, while warm ganache, black sesame and bramble notes try to work their way in. The resulting finish is still bristling with grip and energy, with an encore of fruit. Showing only initial secondary notes, this has another two decades of evolution ahead of it. A stunner.
