This shows aromas of peaches, wet stones and green apples, woven in with some sea breeze. The palate is subtle, with vibrant acidity, green-plum flavors and a lovely, clean finish. Made exclusively from vines grown on schist soils. Drink now.
Dried nectarines, wet stones and fennel. This is quite fresh yet smooth and broad on the palate, driven by minerality and salinity. Dry and plump in the middle. Vegan. Delicious now.
This firm white is almost austere in style but offers hints of lentil, herbs and white pepper, plus grapefruit and crunchy peach notes. Shows good detail and focus, with racy, salty minerality driving the lip-smacking finish. Drink now. 1,222 cases made, 200 cases imported.
