Aromas of toast and pineapple fruit. The attack is soft and supple, with a silky texture, a glycerol layer, refreshing acidity and a light to medium body. Cedar wood that’s lean in the finish. Drinkable now, but there is potential for aging.

A toasty white, with a rich range of pear tart, quince paste, toasted almond and lemon meringue flavors, which are well-defined and enlivened by sleek acidity and salty minerality.
