Syrah

A very consistent, well-rounded syrah of very high quality. Aromas of peppercorns, rich but fresh fruit, violets, lard, sage, licorice, espresso and subtle sweet spices, making it an engagingly complex and complete wine. On the palate this shows excellent intensity and concentration, a medium to full body, authentic syrah character and a very long finish. Firm but polished and precise. From organically grown grapes with Ecocert certification. Delicious now, but this should hold well in the next few years.

Complex, peppery nose with red peppercorns, graphite, grilled herbs and touches of dark chocolate and dried fruit to the ripe blackberries. Spicy and full-bodied on the palate with concentrated fruit and a wide spectrum of flavors. Extremely long. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
