Corralillo Carmenere

This is so carmenere, which is all about aromas of dark spices, paprika, black beans, white-pepper funk and dark earth. The tapenade and dark fruit offer some nice depth. Flavorful and round on the palate, this has medium body and a fine-grained finish. From organically grown grapes with Ecocert certification. Lovely now, if you like your carmenere spicy and primary, but will hold well.

Tapenade, white pepper and cigar leaves on top of the ashy cherry fruit. Flavorful and creamy on the palate with a medium body and a tangy, lightly spicy finish. This shows typical carmenere character. Drink now or hold.
