This prototypical Beaune combines the commune's red fruit charm with savory and rooty complexity plus just a hint of smoke. All of this is wrapped around a compact core of fine tannins. Very long, spicy finish. From 70-year-old vines on the lower section of Beaune's vineyards. From organically grown grapes.
A firm-edged red, with a core of black cherry offset by new oak and spice notes. Delivers dusty tannins that reign on the finish for now, with the fruit biding its time to shine. Best from 2025 through 2036. 960 cases made, 160 cases imported.
