Very cool and delicate nose for such a warm and dry vintage, but with a bit of aeration a lovely lemon curd aroma develops, then with a little bit more a whisper of caramel. Focused, medium-bodied palate with a pronounced stony personality in the finish. From vineyards in Tournon and Mauves with a mix of granite and sedimentary soils. From organically grown grapes.
