It is garnet-red in colour with blackcurrant and clove aromas on the nose. This wine is very full in the mouth with silky tannins and a pleasant persistence.

Brimming with summer flowers and delicate notes of allspice and cloves. Showing blackberry and cherry fruit underlined by quite bold tannins for this appellation, but they are already beautifully integrated. So much licorice and spice in the long, moderately dry finish. Drink or hold.
Rich and supple in texture, this red evokes cherry, blackberry, violet and spice aromas and flavors. A ripe and lively version, with the fruit component persisting on the extended aftertaste. Best from 2027 through 2042. 240 cases made, 40 cases imported.
