Apricot, violets, coffee, tar and kirsch aromas. The palate is powerful, but also balanced and structured. Long and utterly delicious. While its alcoholic strength gives it a very long shelf life, it is not too high to make it a highly enjoyable, smooth, round product with a lovely bitter-sweet balance in the mouth. Its very intense, complex nose features the aroma of calisaya bark, while also showing clear hints of cinnamon, cloves (very noticeable on the taste too), nutmeg and aromatic herbs.

Dark wine with funky notes of leather allied to dried cherries, earthy tones and flowers. Firm tannins with a dusty and drier finish. Medium body and, again, a leathery aftertaste. Try from 2027.
A mix of fruity and savory elements, this red features cherry, strawberry, rose, cut hay and salty flavors. Elegant, with an open-knit texture, offering balance and a refreshing finish. Best from 2026 through 2042. 1,000 cases made, 50 cases imported.
