Fascinating deep, ripe nose with a wealth of subtle earth and yuzu notes. Refined and concentrated on the very silky, medium- to full-bodied palate. The fine tannins build beautifully in the expansive finish. From four hectares in this just over eight-hectare site. From organically grown grapes. Matured in 50% new oak and 50% once-used oak. Drink or hold.
Black cherry, blackberry, vanilla, sandalwood and iron aromas and flavors highlight this intense, fluid red. Rich and balanced, with a solid structure and long, spice- and mineral-tinged aftertaste. Best from 2027 through 2043. 55 cases imported.
Alluring for its exotic spice aromas and strawberry, cherry and floral flavors, this silky, inviting red is balanced, with vanilla and toasty oak notes lingering on the aftertaste. Approachable now, this should improve in the next year or two. Drink now through 2032. 56 cases imported.
