It is fresh and very attractive Chardonnay, brimming with aromas and flavors of wood-grilled apple, honeydew, Honeycomb cereal, buttered popcorn and toasted oak. The palate is round and full, yet with ample acidity, citrus flavor and a mineral streak that all provides lift and character to the close.

A creamy, well-detailed white, with a fresh spine of acidity finely meshed to a range of poached pear and white peach fruit, preserved lemon, white blossom and salted green almond notes.
