Straw yellow. Creamy mousse and delicate, long-lasting bead. Excellent fruit, releasing scents of yellow apple and peach, with notes of wisteria and acacia blossom. Wonderful balance and elegance complement a pleasurably crisp spiciness. Delicious vein of acidity, displaying crisp, savoury mouthfeel. Generous, lingering flavours nicely mirror the nose and achieve perfect balance.

Alpine mint, wild fennel, basil and pistachio notes. A cool feel to this. The mouthfeel is creamy but demur and straitlaced. Very asciutto, a word denoting the clean finish as the acidity carries the length well after the superficial flavors have diminished. Excellent. Drink now.
