This Garnacha - Cariñena-Mataro (GCM ) Rose blend is pale rose color. The notes of fresh red fruits, such as strawbwrries, some hints of white pepper and fresh mint are very noticeable on the nose. The palate of this medium-bodied wine is highly expressive , with lots of red fruit and very refreshing because of its high acidity that it's balanced by the alcohol and a long finish. This wine reflects its origins and, being a blend of three varieties, it is a complex wine. It has red fruit from the Garnacha, structure from the Cariñena and some spicy notes from the Mataro.
