Intense aromas of lime trees, lemons, yellow apples and a touch of sweet stone fruit. Buttery and toasty complexity completes the aromatic profile. The mousse is fine and the fruit character is ripe on the palate, with crisp acidity and a tight yet polished and long finish. A telltale Franciacorta. Disgorged September 2023. Drink now.
